I had a Black and Decker Battery powered mower. It worked fine but did an average job of cutting the lawn. This is much more powerful and consistent. I like the features such as the fasteners for collapsing the handle. It would have been nice if you did not have to disconnect the power cable from the battery to charge it, but it is not that inconvenient. All in all it is a great mover!
