I must say this has a great sound. It set up very easily including wifi. The problem came after the software update. I no longer have wifi ability on this unit. I contacted customer service 7 times. We walked threw all the troubleshooting nothing worked. Finally on the 8th try a rep said I think you should send it for service it looks like there might be a problem with the wifi.I
have only had for 3 days and all three days on the phone with CS. It's going to take 2 weeks for this to be resolved. I hope it will be worth the wait because other than the wifi and customer non service I would give 5 stars.

I got this to replace a 5 year old panasonic home theatre. Did not want to spend much on the living room setup. Still have to test the 3D movie feature when the TV arrives. Watched netflix movies, cable and also Pandora. Even the Indian classical music sounds so real. I would recommend this product to anyone who is planning on a decent system without having to pay brand name price. Getting to like the LG brand.

Read the following reviews for LG systems with wireless speakers, previous models LHB975 and LHB976 and currently produced model BH6820 - they all have problems with the wireless speakers. You would have expected LG to have worked out the bugs for the new BH6820, but they haven't. I purchased the LHB975 in 2011 and like many other, my wireless speakers stopped working after a short time. If you read the reviews for the follow on models LHB976 and BH6820, the exact same problem still exists. I'm shocked that LG would continue to sell product designs with known reliability issues. As tempting as it may be to purchase this item, because it seems like a good value, resist the urge because the product is not reliable.

In addition, LG Customer Support has taken a stance to avoid fixing this defective product free of charge whether "under warranty" or not. I purchased my LHB975 brand new on major auction website, but LG will not honor the warranty. Although my unit was new, LG categorized purchases from the major auction website as a second-hand purchase and the warranty does not transfer to the second owner. So beware that LG Customer Service will find some loophole to not honor the warranty.
