I only used it once since I got it; it's working fine for now. I like the detachable water chamber and the retractable cord features. I also like that you can adjust the amount of steam (there are 2 positions). However, even if it says you can use tap water, mine already drops bits of minerals on the clothes when I iron... I will try to use distilled water next time.
