I received this item yesterday, about 5 days ahead of the initial estimate. The box was huge, and 200+ lbs, so I had to carry it upstairs 1 piece at a time to begin the assembly. Instructions were well laid out, the parts shrink-wrapped by step in the instructions...very easy to follow. Assembly required about 2 hrs (single person install). Everything is working as expected, and I have the sore muscles as evidence.
