I purchased this item as a gift for my wife and found that it is so nice to use I have been the only one to use it so far. The few short points it has are far outweighted by the good ones so I give it a FIVE. Nice Item, Fair price, excellent working condition.

This really gets the job done. Easy to use, easy to clean. Have used it for entire rooms as well as to clean up spills/spots. It is a bit heavy and bulky, but that is because it gets the job done.

I am so impressed with the Bissell ProHeat 2x. I had my carpet cleaned by a professional company 3 years ago and when they left there were a couple of stains they said they couldn't get out. So when I used my bissell on thoses stains they came out! Our carpet looks brand new. The only thing that i needed to watch for was making sure that when i stopped the carpet cleaner that I put it on a towel or tile floor so that the dirty water that was on the rollers didn't go on to the carpet. Other than that I had fun cleaning my floors.

I have always used a bissell carpet cleaner. my last one lasted 8 years. I loved it. Cleaned my carpets well. have 2 dogs and 2 babies. I bought the new bissell 9400m based on reviews and my past experience with bissell. I was not disappointed. The improvements they have made are superb. The cleaner got out deep stains and left my carpets looking new again. Once again Bissell did not disappoint. I would highly recommend.

I love it. Easy to use and works great. The only thing I find difficult is the proper placement of the attachments on the unit. The diagram of how to do this is too small and hard to read...so I haven't been able to attach the tools. But it cleans great.

I am satisfied with the cleaner...it is a bit heavy but works great and easy to unpack and get started! That being said, I was not satisfied with the price or the delivery time!!! It was not an amazon problem ...it was with the outside store and their shipping from the warehouse. It was estimated to be delivered in a week but it was several weeks before i received the cleaner. I tried to cancel the shipment and was told that i might have to pay shipping or restocking fee on top of that the machine with shipping was about $100 more than the price i found it at two big box stores! I did keep the machine and used it today...it works great i just wished i had paid less and shopped my prices first!!!

I usually rent a rug doctor to do my carpets after having a Hoover that didn't work well and didn't last a year. When I mentioned I was going to be renting a machine my friend offered to lend me her machine (this model). My carpets were so trashed I was embarrassed to let anyone in my home! I have 3 dogs, one of which was not potty trained when I first got her and another that is handicapped. It did take an entire bottle of shampoo for my large living room. Yes, it did leave some residue of hair/dirt at times but what this machine did for my carpets was just short of amazing. I am tickled and plan on buying this machine now! In my opinion it did a much better job then the machine I have rented. The little residue I had to pick up was nothing compared to the job it did. This machine has my vote!
