I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it. He will spend hours playing with it and he is 36. He still won't let his 5 year old son or my 6 year old daughter play with it yet.

I got this Interactive R2D2 for my son for his 8th birthday, and now all of his friends (and a couple of their dads) all want one, too! He plays hide & seek - BIG party favorite! When you're not giving him commands, he just rolls around the house, whistling, and "sneeking up" on things sometimes. My cats don't know what to think of him yet! It's almost like he has feelings - if you tell him "Time Out" he'll ignore you for a second, then finally turn around and roll over to the nearest corner and face it like he's in trouble. It's hilarious. He's like a member of our family now. We all absolutely love him!!!

Fun toy that our 8 year old and 3 year old enjoy. The one negative comment that we can make is that R2 is very fussy about background noise. As indicated in the directions R2 obeys comands much better when background noise is minimal. Otherwise we love R2D2!

While an expensive gizmo, it certainly is a lot of fun. With lots of pre-programmed activities and responses, it can provide hours of fun. The responses to questions about "Do you remember..." and then character names from the Star Wars movie. Are quite fun. Then, little R2D2 can take an attitude and refuse to do what you want. (If it gets too sassy, you can command him to return to obedience.) Lots of fun!

I purchased this for my boy for Christmas. He has become a The Exorcist fan and asked for this among his gifts. It had been his favorite gift. I was all astonished by this little robot. You should browse the instructions and instructions. My boy has mastered the instructions and everyone has a great time with R2D2. We haven't discovered that to become a large problem.

I purchased this for my boyfriend and that he loves it. He'll spend hrs having fun with it.
