Total Gym 1800 Club

My husband finally got me the total gym 1800 club for Christmas. Having used a similar machine at the gym, I knew the basics of what to expect. However, I wasn't expecting the home version to be so sturdy and well-constructed. Yes, I'm only 5'2" and 120 lbs, but my husband gave it a whirl with no problems. I also thought I was going to have to buy the abs pads separately, and was very pleasantly surprised to find that all the extra add-ons were included. Although an avid exerciser for several decades, I do not foresee outgrowing this machine's benefits as I feared before I started using it. I find it's easy to switch out exercises and levels, and I can easily fold and store it under the bed. Perhaps the novelty will wear off someday, but right now I love working out on it. Some days I do a certain number of reps and sets; other days I work on a time basis. The book has a lot of great exercises that are easy to follow. I really like my total gym 1800 club. I couldn't find much information on it before I bought it. However, researching the product several people said they had the same problem, but they were so glad they ordered it anyway. I feel the same way and am totally pleased with it. When I unpacked it, it was missing the "D" Ring. I called the customer service and explained to them. They sent another one out, and I got it in 5 days. I lived with my dad and had a total gym 1800 home gym. When I moved out of my dad wanted it, he works out everyday. So I looked and found this 1800 club for me. It is much less expensive and comes with more accessories. I have been using it a couple of months and love it. It is best because of all the extra accessories. The foot harness for the leg cable is actually much better than what I had before. It is great how you can stretch your muscles with the total gym 1800 home gym. I do Pilates in a studio and work with a trainer at the gym. Having this total gym 1800 club at home is wonderful. I can barely walk by it without stopping to do a few reps.
