Excellent Buy (2010-01-05)I'm a ten year old boy and I got this for Christmas. It can pause during videos which is nice. It can flip open so you can see yourself if recording yourself and it is easy to use. It just runs out of batteries somewhat quickly. It can even connect to most computers so you can save longer videos on the computer and E-mail them to friends. I would recommend buying this camera.
What Fun Is This Pocket Camcorder (2009-12-27)I received this pocket camcorder for Christmas 2009. I was able to take videos within 5 min of opening my present. The video's that I took are priceless. The resolution was great and the indoor shots were amazing since some were taken with low light. Trying to hook up the camera to Play Station 3 was disappointing since there was no sound, but great video. By the way, the camera's USB arm is somewhat flimsy. However with care it serves it purpose.
I am able to stick this camcorder in my pocket. I did receive a carrying case that was just great.
I like it (2008-12-10)I tried this camcorder. I like it because 1) the resolution is relatively good 2)well assembled 3)long last hours 4) good for travel 5) last but not least, good price.
One pity, the video voice is not loud enough.
Very good for the money (2008-12-02)Comes with software to run on your computer and works good. Can also use the videos easy with Windows movie maker if you have Windows XP. You must have XP or higher to upload the videos on your computer. Mac or Linux don't know. Good picture, sound and price. Don't expect to make your Steven Spielburg movie on it.
Very practical small camcorder! (2008-08-12)It does what it's suppose to do and at a very good price $80(8/10/2008). I was going to buy a canon SD750 for $170 because it's about the same size and takes pretty good video too but I decided to get the small wonder. It's much simpler to use and I don't worry too much about my kids using it as well since it is so cheap. It's still capability is useable only for the web (1-megapixel). The video is not as good as a minidv camcorder, but it's not too bad really. My computer does not have a firewire port and I'm not savy enough with electronics to get my minidv tapes onto my hard drive. My kids love the small wonder and use it all the time. I tried the flip mino but didn't think it was worth the extra bucks ($150) and less features ie non-removable battery, no way to expand it's memory and no still capability. My family takes more video with the small wonder because it's small and cute too.
Wonder cam is tiiight (2008-09-15)Great camera, it does work on a mac just fine (just drag and drop like a removable hard drive), no problems at all and i'm not expecting any. the video and pic quality is great, even when its on the web quality mode. Love the flip out screen its a very cute and convenient cam.
Excellent value (2008-12-28)I bought this for my son for Christmas. He is 11 and loves to video himself while doing a "walk-through" on a video game. He kept borrowing my recorder so I thought to buy him this one. It works great and he loves it. He has uploaded 2 videos to Youtube and plans to do more. We have noticed the quality of the Web Quality is very grainy. The High Quality is much better. I also purchased the Kingston microSDHC Class 4 High Capacity Micro Secure Digital Card with 2 Adapters (SDC4/4GB-2ADP)for 8.99 through Amazon. I will need to buy more soon. It is very easy to use and the embedded software really helps. This won't give you GREAT video but it will give you very good videos for a GREAT value. I HIGHLY recommend this. |
