I have been using my home gym for about a year now. The set-up was fairly easy and didn't take very long. The gym does not take up an inordinate amount of room. It has an almost absurd number of exercises; unless you are a body builder, I doubt most people would use half of them. However, I did like that there were exercises that were "graduated" so that you can work the same muscle group progressively as your strength improves. The only real "con" I can think of is that it is very difficult workout done in 20 minutes as they advertise. There is A LOT of switching around the various attachments in order to work different muscle groups. I ended up meticulously planning my workouts for the ease of not having to stop after every exercise to change the machine drastically. I recommend that the different exercises be studied first and then plan out a routine to save time and effort. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with the machine, and for the price, it is every bit as good as more expensive machines on the market.
